Administrative/Customer Service Assistant (Eagle, ID)

Compensation: $12.00/hr, DOE

We need assistance with answering phones, customer service, data entry and other administrative duties. While this is a full time position offering a competitive hourly wage, no health insurance benefits are included.

We are looking for highly motivated and conscientious candidates who have:

  • A minimum of 1 year of customer service experience in an office setting
  • A reputation as a perfectionist
  • A track record of managing details well
  • Experience answering multi-line phones - at times in a fast-paced environment
  • A professional appearance
  • The ability to pass thorough background screening - including criminal and credit checks
  • Comfort with using the latest technology -- including web-based applications and high-end office equipment

Our business launched in 2010 and we have had phenomenal success and growth. We currently have a group of almost 20 high-caliber people working locally in our Eagle offices -- including a sales group, administrative staff, and fulfillment staff. You can expect a fun and professional work environment.

The hours are Monday - Friday, 8:00 - 5:00, plus an opportunity for overtime. Our state-of-the-art facility is located in Downtown Eagle.
