Money Metals Exchange is pleased to offer .999 pure silver rounds in an affordable 1/10th Troy ounce size. These privately minted small rounds grow increasingly popular as silver prices rise and available stockpiles of the small denomination alternative - Pre-1965 US silver coins - become scarce (and expensive). When compared to silver in coins before 1965, these rounds make a wise alternative. They are beautiful and uncirculated. The silver content and value is easy to understand and calculate. They're a great pickup for any collector or investor that loves silver rounds.
Money Metals has these beautiful rounds specially minted right here in the USA. These privately minted rounds offer significant savings versus a government issued coin or numismatic item.
ABOUT THE DESIGN
Walking Liberty (obverse) – Between 1916 and 1947 the United States minted what is widely regarded as one of the most beautiful coin designs ever. The image of Lady Liberty graces the front of this beautifully designed fractional silver round. Originally, the Walking Liberty half dollar silver coin design was created by Adolf A. Weinman, who was also the designer of the popular Mercury Dime. The current "American Silver Eagles" have a similar design on the obverse. These privately minted one-tenth silver ounces for sale in round form are smaller and contain less silver than the U.S. Minted Walking Liberty silver half dollars, which contains 0.357 ounces of silver after factoring out the copper (which is 10% of its overall weight). However, those coin collecting and looking for something smaller in size compared to Walking Liberty Half Dollars should consider the one tenth ounce sized silver round.
Eagle & Shield (reverse) – Each silver round is stamped with its guaranteed weight of 1/10th troy ounce of .999 fine silver. These privately minted rounds are not legal tender and differ in numerous ways from any government-minted silver bullion coins.

I received 5 of these rounds and not a single one looks even remotely as good as the picture. Even LIBERTY is stamped so lightly you have to know what it says already to tell. I don't own a scale so i can't be sure of the weight. Unlike some of my other orders these were fingerprint and tarnish free so no issues there. The only complaint is how weekly they are stamped, i would assume they were counterfeit if someone tried to sell them to me face to face. Fortunately they come with a cert of authenticity and receipt. At the end of the day silver is silver, just don't expect them to be lookers. FYI the 1oz and 1/2oz versions looked much better, not as good as pictured but definitely up to generic silver standards.
